COMPLETE PAYROLL SERVICES
• Employee pay with federal, state, and local taxes withheld
We calculate the amount of federal withholding, state withholding, and any applicable local withholding
taxes and then subtract that from your employees' gross pay.

We calculate the amount of federal, state, and applicable local taxes for which you and your employees are liable.
• Payment of taxes withheld to all necessary levels of government
We send notices regarding the amount of taxes for which your company is liable and the date that you must have
that money in your account. We then pay from your account the federal, state and local
taxes.
• Direct Deposit
Direct Deposit is a paperless method to pay your employees. We transfer money from your account directly
into employees' accounts, without the use of checks. This saves you the time of distributing checks at
the workplace, and it saves you the cost of sending out paper checks. Employees prefer this method of pay
distribution because they avoid the hassle of long bank lines.
• Payroll cards for employees without a bank account
If you have an employee without a bank account, this is the perfect method for you. Money is deposited, through Direct Deposit, onto a special credit card issued specifically for the purpose of allowing employers to add money into an employee's account. The employee can then take the card to an ATM and withdraw money, or simply use it as a regular credit card. No credit checks are necessary. Nominal fees are associated with the issuing of cards.
• Check writing from your bank account
We will electronically make out checks to your employees.
• Employer Electronic Signature
Your signature is electronically printed on the checks of your employees. This will save you the time of signing payroll checks.
• Check stuffing
Checks are put into envelopes by us, instead of you, saving you this processing time. (This applies only if an Employer Electronic Signature is in use.) We'll then send the checks directly to you for distribution or to the homes of your employees.
• Vacation and Sick Time accrual
We accurately track the amount of vacation and sick time your employees have accumulated.
• W-2 and 1099 processing
We save you time at the end of the year by printing your W-2s and 1099s for your regular employees, supplemental employees, and those employees who are no longer with your company. This frees up more time for you to run your core business and focus on the most important tasks.
